1/2 cup coconut milk
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
2/3 cup raspberries frozen
2/3 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 tbsp sugar free whipped cream optional
Other optional add ins; low carb sweetener, collagen powder, protein powder, nut butter, MCT oil
Instructions
Place everything in a blender and process until smooth. If it”s too thick add more coconut or almond milk, if it’s too thin for your liking add in some ice and a little xanthan gum to thicken. Top with optional whipped cream if desired.
