Keto Peanut Butter Cookies With A Hint Of Chocolate
Ingredients

– half of cup butter, softened
– 1/4 cup powdered sweetener (such as Swerve or Erythritol)
– 1 massive egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– half teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup granulated erythritol
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
For the cookies:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk collectively the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a big bowl, beat together the softened butter and peanut butter until easy.
Add the vanilla extract and egg and beat until well mixed.
Gradually add the dry elements to the wet components and mix till just mixed.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the perimeters are golden brown.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to chill utterly.
