Ingredients
2 cups chopped apples
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
optional: 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
Add the first 5 ingredients to a serving bowl.
Mix the yogurt, oil, lemon juice and honey in a small bowl then toss with the fruit and nuts.
Cover and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
