1/2 cup all-purpose flour

3 cups milk

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Biscuits

Ingredients:

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk

half cup milk

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Gravy and Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients

– 1 package (8 biscuits) refrigerated biscuits, separated

– 1/4 cup butter, melted

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 2 cups milk

– half cup grated Parmesan cheese

– half teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Separate biscuits and reduce each into four items. Place in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium warmth. Stir in flour and cook dinner for 1 minute.

4. Gradually whisk in milk until easy. Cook over medium warmth, stirring continually, till thickened and bubbly, about 5 minutes.

5. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

6. Pour sausage gravy and biscuit casserole over biscuits in the baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and chives.

Spiced Cookies

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or till biscuits are golden brown and gravy is bubbly.

  • 1 pound floor beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  2. 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  3. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  4. 2 cups whole milk
  5. 1 cup heavy cream
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoon floor nutmeg
  9. 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  10. 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
