Miniature superfood dressed into a dessert form to please us all. Chia pudding is the perfect dessert for reprehensionless indulgence. Tasty and low carb!
As I recently have a little time, I was searching on the internet last week. Attempting to find fresh, stirring ideas, inspirational recipes that We have never tried before, to amaze my loved ones with. Looking for a long time unfortunately could not come across too many interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I came upon this delightful and simple treat by accident over Suncakemom. The dessert looked so tempting
on its photo, that required fast actions.
It was not difficult to imagine how it is made, its taste and just how much boyfriend might want it. Actually, it is quite simple to keep happy the guy in terms of desserts. Anyhow, I went to the page and followed the detailed instuctions which were coupled with wonderful photographs of the method. It really makes life rather easy. I could imagine that it’s a bit of a inconvenience to take photographs in the midst of cooking in the kitchen as you typically have sticky hands so that i highly appreciate the time and energy she put in for making this post .
With that in mind I am inspired presenting my very own formulas in a similar fashion. Many thanks the thought.
I had been fine tuning the initial recipe to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I must say it was an incredible outcome. They loved the taste, the structure and loved getting a sweet such as this in the middle of a stressful week. They quite simply requested even more, more and more. So the next time I am not going to make the same miscalculation. I’m gonna multiply the quantity .
Many Thanks to SunCakeMom for the delicous Chia Pudding Keto.
Put chia seed, vanilla extract and agave syrup in a medium size mixing bowl.
Pour in the milk of choice or any liquid of choice.
Leave the bowl in the fridge overnight or at least 15 minutes to let the chia seed do its magic.
When its texture gets creamy and thick it’s ready to be used.
Make layers using fresh or frozen fruit.
Decorate the top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
