– 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon floor cumin

-1/2 cup bitter cream
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
-1/4 cup lime juice
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
For the Sloppy Joes:
1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium warmth. Drain any extra grease.
2. Stir within the tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for quarter-hour, or till the sauce has thickened.
3. Serve the sloppy joe healthy Joe combination on toasted hamburger buns with avocado slices and shredded cheese (optional).
