Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, add the coconut milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
Whisk in the mayonnaise and fresh parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
