Honey-Glazed Pork Ribs: A Sweet And Savory Recipe

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350 levels F (175 levels C).

2. Combine the brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

3. Rub the brown sugar mixture all round the ribs.

4. Place the ribs in a large roasting pan.

5. Bake for 1 hour or until the ribs are tender.

6. While the ribs are baking, prepare the honey glaze.

For the honey glaze:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey, mustard, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Bring to a boil, then scale back heat and simmer for five minutes, or till thickened.

Brush the glaze over the ribs and cook dinner for a further 5 minutes, or till the ribs are cooked via.
