– In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
– Cut within the butter until the combination resembles coarse crumbs.
– Stir in the milk till the dough simply comes together.
– Turn the dough out onto a flippantly floured floor and knead for a few seconds until it is clean.
– Roll the dough out to a 12-inch circle and place it in a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
– Bake at four hundred levels F for 15-20 minutes, or till the biscuits are golden brown.
Prepare Gravy Layer:
Place the roast within the Dutch oven and brown it. Remove and set aside.
