– 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

– three tablespoons all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

– ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

– ⅓ cup dry white wine

– 1 tablespoon freshly chopped sage

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and prepare dinner until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and put aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook dinner until softened. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk. Bring to a boil, then scale back heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened.
