Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joe Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound floor beef

1 onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 hoagie roll, split and toasted

1/2 pound thinly sliced steak

1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

1 (10.seventy five ounce) can condensed tomato soup

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Serve on: 6 hamburger buns, break up and toasted

1. In a big skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.

2. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and pink bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the greens are softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Stir in the tomato soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook dinner until the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.

4. Stir within the provolone and mozzarella cheeses till melted.

5. Serve the sloppy Joe mixture on toasted hamburger buns.
